66600af8ea Remove incomplete patch for Pine64 ethernet workaround 
sunxi64-hdmi-thermal-dma-pmw-enable.patch contains one
patch from the pine64 ethernet workaround. Others are
missing and this creates inconsistency. Thus, for now,
removing the part of ethernet patch.
Pine64 ethernet workaround still to be added later.

Meson GX ATF memory allocation patch 
Apparently the NanoPi K2 (Amlogic S905) is also susceptible to the ATF allocation fault on mainline.  Patch fixes issue, K2 now boot to desktop and does not crash due to memory-intensive activities.

Temperature difference between 408 and 624 MHz is less than 2°C and performance with some tasks slightly improves especially with lower cpufreq

bd0b0354b5 Added better driver for 8812au. Included 8821au (1T1R) and 8814au (4T4R) ... first two are tested. Driver supports monitor mode and frame injection and TX power adjustements. https://github.com/aircrack-ng/rtl8812au .... 8723du was removed due to quality issues. 1bdcdba9ff Adding Orangepi Zero Plus2 u-boot and kernel bits and removing unsupported ZeroPlus which is another beast we don't have yet: http://www.orangepi.org/OrangePiZeroPlus/ fancy ethernet and FTV8189.
