0e0656125d mt7623: Bump legacy 4.19 to current 6.6 kernel 
NB: This family only has one board (BananaPi R2) and has not been properly maintained in many years, so 'current' LTS kernel is enough.
No need for 'edge' kernel unless someone plans to step in as maintainer who bumps and tests it on every new kernel release.

- Adjust BananaPi R2 board config (board is mainlined)
- Remove legacy kernel patch folder and kernel config
- Remove unstable WiFi stuff

a6b5ea7950 rk3588: Introduce current kernel branch 
Since the `edge` kernel branch often uses RC kernels, introduce a more stable `current` branch.
This branch should not be RC kernels and it also should move to an LTS kernel once released.

- but we don't want to allow typos in BRANCH to emit very strange unrelated errors

BananaPi M4 Zero: enable 8821cu and blacklist rtw88_8821cu (#6365) 
rtw88_8821cu takes priority over the github driver, so this
shouldn't effect other units or usb dongles people use.

My reasoning is; The rtw88 driver for reasons yet unknown seems
to trigger usb fails more often than the github driver. If a
fail occurs it will introduce dmesg spam and upon reboot leave
the onboard wireless module undetectable.

- the boards are UEFI derivatives, using a common `microsoft` vendor include to modify

  - disable `EXTRAWIFI` (kernel is for a VM, will never have wifi so doesn't need any drivers)
  - `LINUXCONFIG`, so we can use Microsoft's own monolithic kernel, required for WSL2 (their initrd is a mistery)
- really, what we're mostly interested right now are the kernels (in the future we might have an "Armbian" WSL2 app in the Microsoft Store)
  - `current` `6.1.y`:
    - rebased from https://github.com/microsoft/WSL2-Linux-Kernel/tree/linux-msft-wsl-6.1.y onto real 6.1.y
    - using Microsoft's `.config` exactly (monolithic, there are no `=m`'s)
  - `edge` `6.6.y`:

173ed85da3 sunxi64: compilation fix workaround 
Disabled ws2812 driver for all sunxi64 boards in edge kernel. As this
driver is used by Bigtreetech CB1 board, the driver is enabled for the
same but edge kernel is kept back at 6.2.16. Once the driver has been
updated, we can revert this commit.

4a3d64b6c1 thinkpad-x13s: add wip board; use steev's 6.3.y kernel as an uefi-arm64 BRANCH=sc8280xp; force modules & fw in initrd 
- add `GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT` with `efi=noruntime clk_ignore_unused pd_ignore_unused` so it actually boots
- use `grub-with-dtb` for the (required) DTB usage in grub
- use a customize hook to add a lot of modules & fw into initrd, required for booting
- if on RELEASE=lunar, add Ubuntu's "x13s Concept" PPA and a few packages for battery control/audio

BPI-CM4:
In accordance with the BSP DTS, set LED gpio to GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW.
Added default-on trigger to led-green
Board now powers off, added reboot node 'meson64-reboot'.

CONFIG_POWER_RESET_MESON64
Isolated RESET ODROID driver and renamed to MESON64 as it can be used in more than ODROIDS.

MESON UART
Series improves support for UART attached Bluetooth modules on Amlogic Meson G12A and newer SoCs. These SoCs also support the "divide XTAL by 2" bit which (greatly) reduces jitter when generating baud rates such as 1500000 (which is used by the Bluetooth part of the RTL8822CS SDIO WiFi and UART Bluetooth combo chip).

This is already enabled in the rockchip family on edge and per the discussion
here: https://forum.armbian.com/topic/20018-mglru-patches-to-bring-down-kswapd-cpu-usage
I would like to enable it on meson64-edge.  And if that goes smoothly,
I will followup with a PR to enable it on meson64-current also since that is
now on 6.1.

- OPi5's Xunlong vendor u-boot; override family in board hook
  - using original config from vendor, needs `BOOT_SOC`
- OPi5's kernel patches, all extracted from Xunlong's tree
  - Only enable the DT patch and the Motorcomm PHY patch
  - Other stuff that looks might be useful is grouped in a few other disabled patches
  - Most panel/overlays/etc from Xunlong tree not included
- everything is on top of existing `rockchip-rk3588` family,
  - thus the same crazy half-android rk kernel tree and ancient rk u-boot
