rtw88_8821cu takes priority over the github driver, so this
shouldn't effect other units or usb dongles people use.
My reasoning is; The rtw88 driver for reasons yet unknown seems
to trigger usb fails more often than the github driver. If a
fail occurs it will introduce dmesg spam and upon reboot leave
the onboard wireless module undetectable.

Disabled ws2812 driver for all sunxi64 boards in edge kernel. As this
driver is used by Bigtreetech CB1 board, the driver is enabled for the
same but edge kernel is kept back at 6.2.16. Once the driver has been
updated, we can revert this commit.

* sunxi: fix pine64so phy-mode and add yt8511 support
Pine A64-LTS board should have RGMII-TXID mode instead of RGMII-ID (the
Realtek PHY chip's RXID is sometimes broken).
In addition, new Pine A64-LTS v2 board will use YT8511 instead of
RTL8211E, which still works under RGMII-TXID mode.
Backport YT8511 driver and phy-mode change from linux-next.
