[ mvebu64 ] restore support for TT in EHCI root hub (#1896) 
The root hub in our Orion EHCI controller does have a Transaction
Translator, which is essential for low-/full-speed devices like
Bluetooth adapters. The support for this block got lost in the
5.4.y update (d4332b5), and this commit adds it back so that all
pre-high-speed devices work again.

Add support for Ralink USB Wifi dongles (#1839) 
This will enable building kernel modules for USB WiFi dongles using Ralink chips. Cardbus/PCI/PCIe has NOT been included. External firmware blobs are required for these to operate properly.

kernel: linux-sunxi-{dev,current}: Auto-load btbcm firmware (#1830) 
Change kernel config so that devices with a Broadcom
protocol HCI UART bluetooth devices (such as the AP6212
on the BananaPi M2 Zero) can autoload the bluetooth
firmware, without the need for hciattach or
brcm_patchram_plus.

* Add exceptions to support native Ubuntu 20.04 building, fix small bug related to SD card write verification.

* Improve first install steps by installing Dialog and lsb_release first. This left out since we moved host install after we choose what we will do ... dialog is essential for this. Second we don't wait properly for APT manager to finish the process. Fixed with this commit

* Suppress output
