Move MiQi from WIP section and enabling Nightly builds for Xenial CLI images. Image boot s and works fine, but there are bugs and (video hw acceleration, possible MALI) desktop must be properly implemented.

Change format in the "formatnand()" method in nand-sata-install.sh on line 289.
The option -qF does not exist so the boot can not work.
