7ad733a19a Fix sunxi u-boot splash 
Tested on H3 with DM video driver, may require tweaks for older video
driver (A10/A20)
Boot splash files should be installed in family_tweaks due to different
requirements for different platforms

1bdcdba9ff Adding Orangepi Zero Plus2 u-boot and kernel bits and removing unsupported ZeroPlus which is another beast we don't have yet: http://www.orangepi.org/OrangePiZeroPlus/ fancy ethernet and FTV8189.
