A long-known issue with Clusterboard is that SOpine does see network interface but no traffic is getting through. This solution has been described in many forum discussions and has proven to work:

Compatibility issue for Debian Buster (#2403) 
If kernel is build with GCC9.2 we can't compile modules with DKMS. Reverting compiler to 8.3 until better solution emerges. No known side effects. Tested - working.
