Fix odroid (#1795) 
* Address Odroid XU4 current stability issues. (#1766)

* Address stability issues, update configuration. 
* Cleanup - remove not needed patches
* Add upstream patches

Board survived regular stress testing while previous config/version hanged instantly.

* Upstream patches for a few legacy kernels

Move meson64 to mainline + patches (#1748) 
* Attach Meson64 to mainline with a bunch of patches. Tested, but need further work.
* Enable DVFS on N2 which sometimes works, sometime doesn't, cleanup
* Enable beta targets for Meson64 kernel family

f41f4a0e5d NanoPi Air board config: correct USB overlays (#1747) 
In addition to USB0 (OTG/microUSB port) this board exposes *only* USB2 and USB3 on its headers. USB1 is not available.
