Orangepi Win degault kernel works as good as Pinebook, enabling download while M64 has probably bad config ... doesn't work stable, leave as .csc target.

It has a separate u-boot config and kernel DT so it deserves a separate
build target
Not adding as "supported" since don't own and don't plan on getting this
device.
