Ricardo Pardini f38ad454af uboot: set CONFIG_LOCALVERSION more reliably on script/config-enabled uboot sources 
- keep old sed for old u-boots only
- don't start it with a dash, as that gets confused with cmdline arg eventually
  - instead use an underscore
