rockchip: fix emmc busy loop on Tinkerboard (#2791) 
There are already emmc nodes in rk3288-tinker-s.dts, adding these nodes
to rk3288-tinker.dtsi will cause emmc busy loop on original Tinkerboard.

Renaming DEV branch to EDGE (#2704) 
* Change DEV to EDGE
* Renaming patches dev folder to edge
* Move patches into subdir where they will be archived.
* Relink patch directories properly
