rockchip.conf pull out bt service 
when active it blocks any use of the blue tooth, better to leave it disabled for now.  The rtk_hciattach program is still included for manual enabling.

518ef98107 RK3399. More fixes but Odroid N1 refuses to boot :( ... ATF builds now (after apt install gcc-arm-none-eabi ?). Tested building/booting with 4-byte skip and u-boot with and without loading address. Enough for today. 2018-02-16 19:29:22 +01:00

revert rk3328 uboot fix temporarily 
@Ayufan, the different u-boot branches require different flashing methods to the card, the one that's successful using the release branch is contrary to the Rockchip documentation for the rk3328.  Is there one branch that is recommended over the other?
