Update labels.yml - seasons to quarters (#5956) 
Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn.
This can only apply in northern hemisphere countries.  Southern hemisphere is the opposite months.

First quarter, second quarter, third quarter, fourth quarter are universal options.
