aba730f488 Add mvebu dev branch 
It uses the same kernel as next, but it uses mainline u-boot with DT
overlay support, but without SPI, USB and possibly SATA support

7ad733a19a Fix sunxi u-boot splash 
Tested on H3 with DM video driver, may require tweaks for older video
driver (A10/A20)
Boot splash files should be installed in family_tweaks due to different
requirements for different platforms

Updating the kernel branch for all sources at once may break things
since it takes time to update patches and configuration

a7c27c9af5 Migrate Odroid C2 next and dev branches to mainline u-boot 
Next branch kernel is currently broken
DVFS can be safely enabled on C2 since the max reported frequency is
1.5GHz
