Remove attempt to support install to emmc on s905 based TV Boxes. (#4588) 
There is no way to support this on s905 TV Boxes while reusing the
android u-boot as the android uboot on s905 conflicts with the partition
table location of standard mainline linux.

 Changes to be committed:
	modified:   config/sources/families/meson-gxl.conf
	deleted:    packages/bsp/aml-s9xx-box/root/install-aml-s905-emmc.sh

meson64: bump edge to 6.1-rc8 (#4554) 
* `meson64-6.1` - rebased patches; 3 were mainlined

- JetHub device was mainlined
- ODROID's hack for pwm1_enable was re-done diffrently in mainline

Add mtd-utils to all ARM distributions main packages (#4428) 
The mtd-utils package provides NAND and SPI
flash capabilities for mainline kernel /dev/mtdX devices.
This will help on board setup from SD card boot.
